"We tried to sell our home by ourselves, but were unsuccessful. Then, after we had to leave Ottawa abruptly for a job contract, we tried to sell our home with the help of another Realtor; we were disappointed with the lack of effort and lack of communication with him, so again, were unsuccessful. Then ... we called Myra and she agreed to work with us.
We had no idea what a difference the right Realtor could make! Upfront, Myra told us the price we could expect to achieve and within what time frame. Then, she set about to ensure that the home was in showcase condition, i.e., arranged for cleaning, vacuuming, for a new carpet to be installed and the driveway cleared of snow. "We purchased our home in April, 2004 with Myra’s help. She was very dedicated and sensitive to our needs, knew exactly what we wanted and made sure we got it.
Myra really cared and showed enthusiasm in searching with us for our dream home. She made sure to point out any issues with the homes that may have cost us down the road which, to us, showed she was more interested in our needs then making a quick sell.
