6. I will create attractive web pages complete with various pictures
of your home for the MLS system and for my various web sites to
provide 24 hour exposure.

within 24 hours of taking the Listing (assuming you approve and
this is possible).
8. I will hang a ‘Lockbox’ in an agreed upon location,
with a key, to provide easy access for other Realtors to show your
home.
9. If deemed appropriate, I will have OPEN HOUSES for buyers to
view your home.
10. I will promote your home through the ‘Homes & Land’
magazine, the Ottawa Real Estate Board’s Real Estate Guide,
the Ottawa Citizen, and other real estate publications.
11. I will keep you up-to-date with the status on a weekly basis,
or more often as deemed appropriate.
12. I will follow up after all showings and get back to you with
the comments from the perspective buyers.
13. I will daily match your home to potential qualified buyers.
14. I will promote your house to our relocating clients.
15. I will constantly update you as to any changes in the Ottawa
real estate market.
16. I will review the action on your property, and discuss any
changes that we mutually agree will make your home more saleable.
17. If you are thinking of moving up, I can assist with the process,
and work with you until you find the home of your dreams.
18. I will make you aware of the financing options for a serious
Buyer.
19. I will assist you in the arranging bridge (interim) financing,
if necessary.
