The sweetest home I've come across in a long time.  As you approach the home, you are welcomed by an interlocking brick walkway up to a nice covered porch; there's a low-maintenance front yard with lots of green perennials. In the private backyard, the upgrades include a 3-tiered deck just off the living room, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. And there's just the right mix of flowers and scrubs to add colour and interest. 

The dining room features a wood-burning fireplace, and lovely antique light fixture. The living room features pot lighting, a gas-fireplace, large windows overlooking the deck, and a hand-made built-in bookshelf currently housing the sound system.  The kitchen is unbelievable with its granite countertops, Sub-Zero fridge, WOLF hood and gas stove, and a two compartment dishwasher - all high-tech stainless steel.

This is a very special house with a ton of warmth and appeal.
